Device not detected over wifi from Luban

I am having a similar problem, in the settings of Luban there is a timeout setting for the wifi connection (settings/Machine/Connection) however when I try to change this to 15s or 30s and save changes - it resets itself to the original 3s value.

Did you see this thread?

That appears to have done the trick.
Thank you.

I have an Asus RT-AX86U Pro and I’ve repurposed my older Asus RT-AX88U as a mesh client. The mesh client is physically closer to the Snapmaker A-350T, so when I added the mesh client to my network the Snapmaker automatically added itself to that router. For some reason, Luban is slow to respond to this connection – it may take 5 minutes or more before I’m able to see the printer from Luban.

To resolve this issue, I did two things:

  1. Instead of binding Snapmaker to the mesh router (Asus RT-AX88U), I bound it to the main router (Asus RT-AX86U Pro). The printer immediately showed in Luban.
  2. I added the IP address of the printer into the manually assigned IP address pool. My thinking is that the printer does not use DHCP (it doesn’t assigned IP addresses itself) and having it as a dynamically assigned IP address may cause some delay in finding it on the network from within Luban.

Anyway, I’m adding my solution just in case anyone else may run into connectivity issues and you want to give my solution a whirl.
