I own a Snapmaker 2.0 A350 and have now bought the Quick Swap Kit, A350.
I am very happy with it, as changing the modules and platforms is now very easy and quick.
However, I also own the Rotary Module Set. I mounted this on an extra CNC platform right from the start.
Unfortunately, the Quick Swap Kit only contains 2 platform plates. So I would like to purchase a Quick Swap Platform Plate and Support Platform separately.
On Snapmaker 3D Printing Parts & Accessories Online - Snapmaker EU – Tagged "Snapmaker 2.0" – Page 2 there is the Support Platform and extra Quick Swap Toolhead Plate, but unfortunately no extra Quick Swap Platform Plate.
I think it would make sense to offer this separately as well, as I am probably not the only one who needs it or a combination of Support Platform and Quick Swap Platform Plate.
Contact the costumer service. Possible they can send you a ‘spare’ part. I must ask the same. I have the rotary on a plate too.
Please let us know what snapmaker charges for that - I might also look that way!

So there is a corresponding demand. It should therefore be available to order as a regular product. Like the Quick Swap Toolhead Plate.
By the way, I made a holder for the following wooden parts using 3D printing for lasering:
All I need to do is insert the wood, calibrate it once and then simply laser several of them one after the other.
I also need a Quick Swap Platform Plate for that. So I actually need two of them.
Not really. The demand has to justify creating a sku with all the supporting packaging, logistics, storage, distribution. It is not enough at the moment to make this a proper sku.
That is possible with one laserbed. Why 2? A good X-Y zero point and 2 pieces to lock the wood plates. I have a whole case made by laser plates. The one after the other. All on the same plate. 73 pieces. 3mm double side coated MDF. 3mm MDF and 5mm one side coated MDF.
After the job I have cleaned the plate with grill cleaner.

soooo…this is what i did for my a350. i talked to customer support and started a ticket. in this case we need a cnc platform and the quickswap plate for that.

I have a piece of plywood almost exactly the same dimensions as the rotary base (I didn’t see a need for the extra width), the rotary is mounted to that, and the underside is this 3D printable quick swap plate designed specifically for the rotary module.
