So I recently attempted to use the CNC module of the Artisan. The quality of the luban lock is amazing but I’m struggling to take out the collet from the nut, I think I might have inserted it wrong but I’n not sure. How do I remove the collet?
You removed the bit? (it won’t come out with the bit in)
Sometimes they don’t want to come out. If you rock it back and forth it should pop out. Sometimes need to do that and apply a little force through the hole with the back end of the bit or a screwdriver. Some are tighter than others.
I know some people have bought extra collet nuts so they don’t have to swap them out.
