My nut for the collet holder the r11 does not thread with supplied bits. it’s impossible to thread the nut once the bit is in place threads fine once you remove the bit any suggestions?
You need to insert the collet into the nut - it should snap into place.
Then you insert your bit into the collet and nut and then screw onto the toolhead.

Yes I tried that also the nut is not grabbing the first threads on the shaft it’s almost like the bit is too big for the collet which is weird being it’s the set that came with the machine.
Ok now that changes everything
