hi, can i use a 4 mm bit with cnc snapmaker a250?
The CNC module of the snapmaker has a ER16 chuck - so you can use any bit up to 6 mm. But you need the right collet. With the Snapmaker comes a collet for 3mm / 0.125 inch bit.
The snapmaker uses an ER11 collet, but yes, can use up to 6mm or 1/4" bits.

I even have a 8 mm collet for ER11. And here’s a 6mm bit in action: Better milling bits - better results!
