CNC 4 axis simulation problem

Hello community, I’m new here.
So I’d like to experiment with CNC 4 axis and it looks like I am doing something wrong, because simulation looks like this

when it should look similar to model:
oh i can’t put second image because i’m a noob, link:

Of course I used linkage mode but to my surprise it looks exacly like rotation mode. I know that it is possible to cut material from inside from this post
https://forum.snapmaker.com/t/linkage-mode-noise-problem/20210
So question is what should i change in Luban 4.13 to improve simulation?
And by the way, when I tried it witch chess piece (deafult part from tutorial), it was also wrong. Material wasn’t cut from under the neck of the horse.

Hey, maybe this helps you a bit further:

How does the tool path preview look?
(I remember false rendered simulations, but correct tool paths, some years ago and haven’t tried 4 axis milling since then)

Thanks for reply. I already read whole wiki, even before buying snapmaker.
This about wrong simulation is interesting. I made a path and it looks good:

I mean some details are visible. I’m going to try carving something in near future. I will post results if I don’t forget.

It would be great if you point support to the problem after you got it working, please email them support@snapmaker.com

-Luban Version
-Operating system
-STL file
This information and a screenshot of your settings and the failed rendering would be usefull.
