Hi,
I purchased a J1S a couple of months ago and I noticed the rubber pads where the nozzle stay when not printing, are getting serious dents because of the nozzles themselves
not a big deal, and I can turn them around, but I can foresee that after a couple of years, these pads will be really damaged
I am surprised not to find any spare parts on the official shop

Could someone at Snapmaker ask about adding these and the all metal hotend silicone socks to the store, please?

it’s kinda weird that it is not available from the start
these are THE parts you know they gonna melt no matter how strong the rubber is
