Restarted everything and now the thick client is taking pictures. The calibration is terrible, but at least it takes 9 pictures now.
Hi, I have this issue on my A350 with enclosure too. Luban running 3.12.3 on Mac OS. Camera shows green, but when pressing start on camera capture, it either move to the first placement and not move or totally not move at all. The only time I have the images to be capture is after I calibrate camera using the handheld directly. Going crazy with the bugs.
With camera capture only working over wifi, I have also proven that the wifi connection is only āupā when within a certain channel range.
Wifi routers are normally set to āAutoā channel change if there are frequency interference issues. It is conceivable then that a router could change channel to one that the SM2 doesnāt like and drops the connection and therefore the camera stops?
Try to capture the images switching off the enclosureās led. I have problem capturing the images every time I switch on the led, usually it fails at the third photo.
at home the camera only works when I put a white sheet on the bed. in there is no sheet, the bed is black, the camera takes about 3 photos and it stops, strange isnāt it?
You can try to upgrade to the latest firmware to see if it can help.
This is 100% the issue. Turn off the LEDās and it works
I had the exact same issue, it was really frustratingā¦ now it worked fine, thank you very much!
Iām glad my suggestion was helpful !!
Is this a known bug? Same thing happened to me on my A350 - been cutting/engraving several things over the past week and the camera capture just started failing. Turned off the LED enclosure lights and it started working. Weird! Iām on the latest firmware.
