Hi, A few months ago I ordered a new 3D Print Head after mine broke. I haven’t gotten around to using it until just now and to my dismay the extrusion gear is not moving at all when trying to load or unload filament or print. No motion whatsoever. The last 3D Print Head ended up encased in a blob of PLA after a failed print and while trying to free it I accidentally pulled a wire coming from the hot end too hard and upon plugging it back in it popped and smoked and gave off that horrifying smell of fried PCB. Could the wire connecting the Print Head be the issue? could it be a software or firmware issue? Anyone have this issue? The Module was brand new in the box never used it once since it arrived a few months ago. Thanks.
Doubt it’s the print module. Try another cable. Or could have fried the hub. Gotta check/change one thing at a time. Cable seems next logical step IMO.
