I’m dissatisfied with 1 of my 2 replacement y-reails. Curious of what you guys think. Is this the level of quality to be expected? I will ask them to send another one of better quality…
Lubrication?
Yes. I have cleaned and lubricated thoroughly.
And it’s still hard to push?
I remember a post of @Mechanikus about direct lubrication under the slider but I guess you where in this topic too?
These are brand new?
@xchrisd Yes 1 of them seems to be way too tight/uneven. The other one is somewhat smooth… I did not read that post you mention but loaded lubrication into the bearingraces on the sliders, slided them back and forth a few times before repeating. Did this several times…
@Boxkite I just recieved them. The sliders came pre-mounted on the rails. I did replace the x-rail a long time ago. Back then, the slider was not pre-mounted on the rail, so it seems a little suspicious to me that they were pre-mounted this time…

Just recieved answer from Snapmaker. They will replace 1 of the replacement rails 
.
Maybe the supplier of linnear rails has a friend or relative working high up in Snapmaker headquarters? 
I really think they should level up their game when it comes to the quality of the linnear rails…
