Artisan and Snapmaker 3D Printing Module

My artisan 2 head 3d module will not calibrate or reset. Support has not offered an effective solution for a month now.

Bought the single head Snapmaker 3D Printing Module that snapmaker says is artisan compatible…but…

How am I supposed to attach it to artisan and how do I configure in luban to use it??? Cannot find nany instructions for either.

Now an artisan and 2 3d print modules and no ability to print anything.

I never hear of single extruder being compatible with artisan.
They just posted a few articles over in the wiki related to dual extruder troubleshooting, maybe one of those could help?

Did you email them or submitted a ticket via Support Ticket Form ?

It is or was on the us sales site as compatible. It is not. They are sending a return label and refund…as well as correcting the website. Now if they would fix the dual extruder issue.

Repeatedly. The many solutions they have sent have all had no effect at all

IF NEED TO RESET NOTE: THIS WILL DO AN OUT OF THE BOX FACTORY RESET…Go to “Settings / Maintenance”. => “Restore Factory Settings” THIS WILL RESET YOUR FIRMWARE BACK TO… THINK 1.4.2, RESET YOUR WIFI SETTINGS, LANGUAGE AND T&C’S. ALSO YOU’LL NEED TO DISCONNECT CABLE FROM TOOL HEAD TO DO THIS…THEN DO A FIRMWARE UPDATE AGAIN.

This resets the command module. There is, apparently firmware in the 3d print module that stores offsets. I am unable to remove these module stored offsets

I have done a factory reset on the command module and firmware update at least 10 times. No change to print module slamming into print bed, not calibrating and refusing to save the y axis calibration so I cannot move beyond calibration

Have also tried sending module reset command in the command box: M2000 S10.. No effect. No change
