Hello.
Has anyone experienced print sheet unevenness caused by air bubbles?
After a few prints, I noticed, while removing the printout from the table, that the “sticker” was also slightly rising. You can easily try to squeeze the resulting bubbles in the direction of the edge of the table, but new ones appear after the next printing.
I understand that the heat from the table softens the glue from the print layer, but when the table warms up from 55 to 60 degrees and I can see the bubbles formed. Which makes the table uneven. Despite the “correct reading” of the proximity sensor, which captures the flexible sheet metal, which is straight.
Build sheets don’t last forever. Part adhesion to the plate is stronger than the glue, and constant pulling of pieces off the plate will lift the surface eventually. Are you using the putty knife to remove pieces, or just yanking them off? Time to replace the sheet, it’s a consumable item.
