For a long time I could not remove the step on the outer surface of the part when printing the overlap. I had to switch to printing small rectangular boxes of 60x40mm..
In the end, I figured out that I was just overheating the plastic: high table temperature, low airflow <20%, low printing speed. I found instructions on how to set up their branded filament on the Creality website for the K1 printer, and it turned out that they needed multiple times more blowing. I increased the speed and everything went well.
I also printed out several slices - until I realized that the problem was with the support - its area and height. I had to disable “neat” and enable the default value, as well as manually increase the overhang angle to 25 degrees (it was 15) when creating support.
The problem with tearing off the table was solved by creating a part with internal support. It was not possible to achieve this behavior in the slicer, I had to draw a 10 mm wide and 0.2 mm thick canvas manually to the part.
And everything turned out perfectly.
After a dozen more attempts to remove the step (+0.2mm) on the outside of the surface, after printing (in terms of a slicer) the inner bridge, I downloaded the original Orca 2.4.0 slicer. And to my surprise, as soon as I selected the material of the PLA bonding layer, it automatically adjusted all the other parameters, including the gaps and the type of filling. Just like in Bambu Studio. After sending the print job, I waited for the overlap to be printed and was surprised at how accurately he did it. In general, I don’t see any more problems with the physics of the Core X-Y trolley and all the heating parts of this wonderful printer.
While there are problems with defects when switching from coil to coil at the end of the filament, the glitches of their branded slicer are software-type and some kind of bug with their closed firmware, since the part printed on H2S does not have a step on the outer surface of the part (when printing the same G-code).
Having already spent about 8kg of various filaments and about 280 hours of printing on this part, I have obtained a satisfactory geometric result that will allow me to finish this battery box
