Just got our new artisan for work, but we cant get past XY calibration. each time it fails at a different percentage citing error 515-2, which tells you to power off, unplug and replug the heat bed. We’ve done this step several times as well as factory reset and start the process again. Using a heat sensor on a multimeter, we can tell the heatbed is about 20 degrees cooler in the center than the outer area.
Any assistance with this would be great, we’ve reached out to support 2 days ago but no response yet.
