Only received one (1) box in my A350 shipment. Everything on-line indicates three (3) boxes. Has things been consolidated or am I missing two (2) boxes?

Yes, mine arrived as two completely separate shipments, through different states.
One box for SM.
One for enclosure.
One for any accessories.

I confirm the response from sdj544. Mine arrived 2 weeks ago (I purchased at the end of December, 2019).
The first crate contained everything for the Snapmaker 2.0 A350 itself. If you only ordered the snapmaker, no enclosure and no other items from backerkit, then this is the only crate you will receive. There is a spool of filament, one replacement hot-end, and some CNC and Laser-engraving materials in this crate, it is everything you need to get started.
The second crate I received, which arrived at the same time as the first, contained all of the “extras” I had ordered with the original Snapmaker 2.0 A350 purchase: materials bundles, several spools of filament, extra bits for CNC, extra replacement hot-ends, and so on. This crate is much smaller than the first one. If you did not order any extras at the time of your purchase, you will not receive this crate.
The third crate arrived two days later than the first two crates. It is almost as large as the first one and contained everything for the enclosure. Again, if you did not order an enclosure then you will not receive this crate.

Take your time assembling the Snapmaker – read through the quick-start guide completely before unpacking the parts and assembling the machine. Make sure you have a good, flat, level surface at least 24x24 inches (610x610mm) on which to perform the assembly. Double-check the inventory list on page 8 of the quick-start guide.
