A350 laser issue

I’ve had my snap make for a few years but suddenly the last isn’t working properly. It’s up to date on the latest updates but for some reason the laser either won’t fire, or the most common issue is when it does the laser starts up and won’t shut off during the black parts of the print. this leaves lines where there shouldn’t be.

what do Ido?

I am having the exact same issue. Did you manage to sort it ? X

You have to update Luban and firmware because of a processing change.
