A few questions:
- Somewhere above it says “ordered a new controller” - did you order a new touchscreen controller or the metal box all cables go into?
- On the screen that says “Start” (blue button): Are any items (toolhead, kits, etc.) listed? Ideally send a photo from that screen.
- If you swipe to the 6 icons and go into the “Control” where you can manually move the machine - does anything work? Does anything move?
From the logs I’d infer that you do have some firmware installed, and it somehow reacts… Would you mind to upload the complete log file?
