40w Laser Crosshair/Laser Spot Option Job Set Up

I am seeking clarification regarding the Crosshair/Laser Spot option in Luban when using a 40w laser.
I am using Luban v4.13.0 with 40w laser on a Snapmaker 2.0 A350. I am not using the Snapmaker Ray.
Whilst looking for info regarding Workpiece vs Object work origin for lasering, this Snapmaker Wiki page refers to an option for Job Offset Mode in the job set up screen.

The explanation at the foot of the page provides info regarding Crosshair and Laser Spot positioning.

I do not have a Job Offset option in my Job set up screen but the article advises that beginners can “align the crosshair/laser spot”.

Is this option ONLY available for the Snapmaker Ray? The info seems a bit confusing to me.
If crosshair/laser spot is an option for my setup, does anyone know what I am missing?

Also the in the maschin set offset is not take into count. That leads to massive problem to laser small object where you relay on this feature.
