What 3d scanner app will work with the Luban software?
What do you intend to achieve?
Luban doesn’t really have anything to do with 3D scanning.
As input for 3D printing it expects stl files.
I am looking for an app that scans in 3d and send it to the Luban software to print out on the 3d printer.
Then any 3D scanning tool that allows you to somehow generate an STL file as result would do.
@beowulf27017 I use Meshlab, but it’s not as simple as scanning something then sending it to luban. You need create an STL by 3D scanning an object, once it scanned you then need to use Meshlab or similar to generate the mesh, you then need to fix any errors and holes that are present. There’s no such thing as a flawless ready to export scan, there will be errors so some modeling skill is necessary to repair the mesh and make it suitable to export as STL to print.
