ok i couldnt start it from the touchscreen for some reason but i was able to push the play icon in the workspace and its printing as of now.

Weird. You might have run into a firmware bug. If you’re on the latest firmware maybe try down grading?

well i figured out how i got it to print the first time on the left i had to manually set the temp for the hotend and the bed. i have downgraded all the way to 1.9 and still wont except the gcode to heat up the hotend or bed via the code.

This is the code from the site. for the first layer test. to me it does not look like there is a temp predetermined. so my question is once i get to the temp tower what temp should i put in there. and also do you know how i can fix this code to set the hotend to 200 and the bed to 60 so it would start heating up

Is is very well appreciated, but the tower failed completely in my case (spaghetti). I never had a good print. While the snap maker 2.0 was developed, I bought a Creality 3D just to cover the wait time. With that cheap machine I had good results. After the first failed attempts on snapmaker I stored it for some years. Now wanted to retry, but it just doesn’t do it!

First I read the Snapmaker PLA that I ordered together with the machine isn’t good enough. I bought several PLAs from 123-3D.nl, played a bit with temperature and retraction, but no improvement.

Last attempt was the print tower.

I am aware it’s probably something I do wrong, but I don’t know anymore where to start.

Please make a own thread, then you probably get help. Share as much information as you can, upload some photos, post your M503, maybe share a video of your first layers.

Ok, I mentioned it here as it was about the print tower. But anyway,
 good news.
I replaced the nozzle and bought the best PLA according some test (BASF) and now it does work!
