I just bought the new infrared laser, updated everything to the latest version, plugin in but laser will not recognized by the Snapmaker 2.0 in the touch screen. I also cannot send files to the touch screen. Folder is empty. Also fan makes strange noises. What did I wrong?
Was your machine off when you plugged the module in?
If your module is not recognized correctly there are no files in the folder because of invisible file extensions.
Did you double check your connections?
Was your firmware update successfull?
The toolhead is missing on the main screen, right?
