With the current firmware (didn’t happen in various versions before), the laser won’t turn off while traveling to a new area. It simply stays active engraving a line across the entire travel path.
Is that a bug?
Ensure you’re on the latest firmware, 1.17.17 and using the latest Luban 4.9.1. There was a background change on both, and when not matched up, will cause transient lines when the laser should be off. I would suggest manually updating via USB on the machine.

Yeah found out expert me didn’t install the latest firmware, as it just stated “20&40W laser support” and apparently I thought “naah I’ll do to later, I don’t own any of these”…yeah…thanks again
