Vasemode One at a time prints / multiple models in 1 vase print

Hello Supportteam/Community,

I would like to print multiple models in Vasemode in the same print with the one at a time function. However if I slice the model in Cura (same in Luban) it reduces the height of the built volume to just a few millimeters. (the heigth of the linear module) Even when arragned so the already printed model would not interfere with the print head or linear module when printing the next model.

Does anyone have a solution for this?

I’ve asked this before in facebook but got no real solution for the Problem.

Multiple objects using vase mode defeats the whole point of vase mode. Vase mode is one continuous upwards spiraling motion.

That’s why the one at a time function is needed… It does one model in vase mode, than the hotend moves back down to another location to start the next model while the other one is still on the bed.

Print head would run into the other one in that case. I don’t find it great hardship to just print one at a time. Seems like a non-issue.

It does that based on the gantry height that’s automatically set. You can override it by going to Manage Printers>Machine Settings> then changing Gantry Height. You will want to experiment with it to make sure you have the correct order and spacing to make sure it doesn’t hit the other parts. I’m about to run this for the first time myself, we’ll see how it goes
