It’s not so much about the rotary module or the artisan, but it depends on the CAM software you use. Luban to my knowledge is not (yet?) capable of handling square stock, but other CAMs can. I’m aware of DeskProto and Fusion 360, but any CAM that allows indexed machining with 4th axis should be your friend. You can also use tricks - watch this thread:
