Thermal Paste suggestions

So I am trying to fix a hot end issue, I have seen multiple threads about applying thermal paste, maybe I am an idiot but I cannot find a thermal paste that actually works.

I have used two so far and they are both way to thick, when trying to re-assemble the hotend all of the applied thermal paste gets rubbed off.

Does anyone have recommendations on good thermal paste to use. I saw this product in another thread, but it is inconveniently unavailable

This one: Boron Nitride Paste | Optimize Heat Transfer | Slice Engineering or any other boron nitride based paste should do fine.

+1 on boron nitride. I buy my own powder and mix it into my own paste, it tends to be cheaper that way.

Computer thermal paste should never be used in printer hotends, they can’t tolerate those kinds of temperatures.
