Hi there.
I recently printed the PLA temperature tower (180-225C) and after that started noticing different issues with the other prints. E.g. this is the printing head going in circles. The top-left corner does not look flat
Also the prints are now look hairy.
Could you please advise what and how can be fixed here?

I’m no real expert, but did you slice the part using Luban or a third party sofware?
It looks like either the extruding speed is too great and / or the retraction option is not ticked in Luban. Lowering extrusion speed and activating the option (see picture) should help with diminishing the hairiness 
I’m not sure how to activate a similar option in other slicing softwares, also
