Got a really cheap “Microscope” and was testing random things, and I happened to set it down on my wallet. I thought it was really interesting with what I saw, so I decided to take some pictures and share. My wallet is a 3D printed slim wallet, and I had decided to laser it with the 2W IR long ago, some of you might have seen it!
Yes it has Black Mesa and its logo on the other side.
I wasn’t too zoomed in, but when I set it down this was the first image I saw.

That’s the stuff… I can’t remember my spacing for the laser engrave. However, my stock 3D print line width for the first layer is 0.42mm. So you can get a rough idea of just how thin the 2W laser is. However comma I’m sure I overburned this one a scooch because it was back when I was just learning the 2W. Look at the starting tail.
