I have now finished my vacuum attachment for the CNC module in the Snapmaker housing and I want to share this with you.
I took the Snapmaker Vacuum Attachment Snapmaker Vacuum Attachment by SnapmakerInc - Thingiverse as a base. Everything else I have adapted based on the osVAC modules osVAC – osSso.
The result is this tool package:
I have extended the vacuum attachment by a module in which a DN32 hose can be screwed in. The module contains a slipring, so that the hose can turn: Snapmaker Vakuum Attachment for osVAC by spitzlbergerj - Thingiverse
The hose is led through a hole (diameter approx. 46 mm) in the housing. For this purpose I have developed this wall bushing: osVAC wall-bushing M32-Thread-Thread-H32 Slipring by spitzlbergerj - Thingiverse
Again, the inner part has a slipring, so that the hose can move. On the outside there is the male connection of the osVAC system.
