I am in a similar position, order was placed in January 2020. I have been getting the run around and Covid excuses all year from the team at Snapmaker. Approaching 1 year since order and have not received my order. At this point the bank will not help since so much time has passed. Has anyone been able to get a refund from Snapmaker?

I did receive the product last week. It took 11 months to receive but was pleasantly surprised by how it was packaged and the assembly instructions.
I actually have my first print underway as I type.
Okay, have a happy use. I thought you didn’t want it anymore, and wanted to buy a cheap one. Now the official website is too expensive for me.
