My Artisan has started giving the following error:
If I click Confirm nothing bad happens. However, there is no option in Luban Machine Settings for “Snapmaker Artisan 2.0 Dual Extrusion Module”, so I don’t know how to avoid receiving this error.
The dual extruders are the same except the mounting plate, as artisan has a quick swap from factory side.
Isn’t there an option for artisan dual extruder?
I have the dual extruder and Luban is configured for it. But I do not have Dual Extruder V2 which Luban seems to think I do. In any case, there is no option in the current release of Luban for what it thinks I have.

Ok, for clarification, V2 means Snapmaker 2.0 machines, there is no hardware update or anything..
Yes, I understand. So then why does Luban issue the error that there is mismatch when there is no difference between Snapmaker Artisan 2.0 and the original Snapmaker Artisan. Yes, there is no problem after I acknowledge the “error” but it is a nuisance to have to acknowledge it. I ask that you eliminate the Luban error when there is no error.

Sorry I don’t know, maybe a ticket would help or use Snapmaker orca or any other slicer.
