I just updated to Luban 4.12.0 and machine firmware V2.5.24. Now I am receiving the following error message in Luban:
Artisan Issue

And what happened when you went to settings as instructed in the error report?

Same error. But after 3 or 4 times, the error didn’t appear any more and I was able to start the print.

Interesting, considering that the 2.5.24 release notes say:

  • Fixed a bug that firmware would return wrong module hardware version info

Yes, I saw that. Perhaps the update didn’t take the first few tries.

Go into maskine setup in Luban and set it to Artisan dual extruder as before and not type 2.
