What if Snapmaker sold NFC tag stickers so third-party filaments could also be recognized by U1 when NFC tags are applied?
Also, if they sold the NFC creation unit and NFC tag stickers as a set, users could customize color and capacity settings themselves, making it compatible with other manufacturers’ filaments too.

The firmware from Paxx works great. The tags are available at “a”. These can be written using a smartphone.

I looked into it right away, and it turns out you can write to NTAG215/126 tags using the U1 custom firmware!
I’ll probably stick with the U1 using this setup.
