Snapmaker Cloud Service Maintenance Notice

Hi everyone,

To improve service stability, we will perform a scheduled cloud service maintenance during the following time window:

Maintenance Window:

May 27, 2026, 10:30 AM – 11:30 AM (UTC+8)

May 27, 2026, 02:30 AM – 03:30 AM (UTC)

This maintenance is expected to take place in two stages:

Stage 1: Server Downtime (Approximately 30 Minutes)

During the downtime period, most Snapmaker online services will be temporarily unavailable, including but not limited to:

  • Snapmaker account login

  • Cloud device connection in Snapmaker App and Snapmaker Orca

  • Uploading files from Snapmaker Orca to printers

  • Cloud-based device control and management features

The Model Contest page will remain viewable during the downtime, but users will not be able to log in or interact with related features.

Stage 2: Service Recovery (After Downtime Until Maintenance Completion)

Once the servers are back online, account login will return to normal.

Some cloud-related functions may take additional time to fully recover, including:

  • Cloud device connection

  • File uploads

  • Cloud-based device control

If you experience temporary connection issues or unavailable features during this period, please wait until the maintenance is fully completed.

Functions Not Expected to Be Affected

The following functions are expected to remain available during the maintenance:

  • Browsing the official online store

  • Ongoing local print jobs

  • Local device operations that do not rely on cloud services
