I laser cut a 10 mm thick right angle brace and a sliding clamp at the top. The adjustable clamps along the right are Genmitsu clamps with a 4x20mm screw. It holds the material tight with 0 interference on the top plane. You can pick up the entire thing holding on to the material with no slippage
