Ray X axis judder

Hi all

Just switched on the ray (20w) and using lightburn.

Not quite sure what I’m doing yet as its all new to me but did manage to home the module (back left) and make it move around a bit.
I made a shape on the LB screen and pressed start, and the module moved from left to right side with a bit of a juddering noise on the x axis as it travelled.

It seemed smooth and quiet enough in other little moves and Homing so I’m wondering if it could be a speed issue.

Sorry I dont have any settings to post as I had to leave it and go elsewhere. I thouht I’d just ask the question incase its a common or recognised issue.

Maybe we have the same problem. Does the machine cut/engrave at the right X-position?

That issue was resolved by snapmaker support. They gave me a little command to enter in the console of lightburn and everything worked OK.. and has ever since.

It took a few emails to discover where the issue was but they figured it out pretty quick..Once I figured out how to show them a video and send them the info they needed.

Great machine and very happy I chose it.
