If anyone can help I would appreciate it. My printer will print great as a 2 colour printer using toolhead 1 and 2 or 3 and 4 but if I mix 1 or 2 with 3 or 4 they will not stick to each other and fall over causing a misprint. I have changed filaments around and the same problem happens between toolheads. This can happen at any level of the print. I have calibrated the printer many times. This happens on supports and the purge tower also.
You can consult after-sales staff on how to perform a comprehensive inspection or calibration procedure.
You can submit a ticket at the same time in case the technical staff or fellow users in the forum don’t respond promptly.

I have done that but waiting 2 days for a response is crazy. All they keep sending back is another question that has nothing to do with the problem if they would watch the timelapse that I send them they could see the problem.

Here is one of many timelapses.
1.Are all 4 of your toolheads using the same type of filament?
2.Have you performed a complete 4-toolhead calibration process?
Yes they are and I have changed them to different toolheads and have the same results always when toolhead 1 and 2 mix with 3 and 4
Yes I have done the 4-toolhead calibration many times also went back on firmware v1.1.0 and had the same results
I watched your time-lapse video and noticed the white and red material layers aren’t bonding properly.
Do you have any record of whether the issue occurs with specific 1-2 toolheads’ filaments when printing fails, or does this bonding failure appear randomly across toolheads 1-4?
If it consistently appears on prints from 2 specific toolheads, we can narrow the scope to those 2 print heads. If it appears randomly, we may need to look at whether it’s a slicing issue or software issue. Then we can try using the process of elimination to further test and troubleshoot.
I have printed a tower with all 4 toolheads in all different order anytime toolhead prints between toolhead 1 and 3 or 4 they do not stick together when printing 2 and 3 or 4 they also will not stick but printing 1 and 2 stick fine and 3 and 4 stick fine.
I suspect your Toolhead 1 and 2 have the same nozzle height, and Toolhead 3 and 4 have the same nozzle height, but these two groups have different nozzle heights, so I suspect your calibration may be invalid. I’ll ask technical support tomorrow what’s going on.

Dumb question but can you print the preloaded dragon just fine? I also assume this happens on multiple models and not just one? What model is the one in the timelapse?
Yes it does it with every print even if I create a cylinder that is multi colour. The model in the timelapse was snoopy with a knitted hat
It started printing fine with toolhead 3 and 4 ok till it got to the eye which is toolhead 1 and then it was spaghetti.
Gotcha… That is so strange. I hope support can help you figure it out, something I would try while you are waiting to hear back from them… If you use Snapmaker Orca, try using regular Orca. If you use regular Orca try using Snapmaker Orca. Perhaps it is a slicer issue? Just a thought…
Yes I have tried both Orca and Snapmaker Orca and have the same results. I think if it was a slicer issue then the dragon file that came with the printed should have printed fine.
Have you been watching the temperature on nozzle when printer switches the filament ? Could you save the thing as project and provide here ?

Hmmm… Yea that’s true.
It strikes me that the tool heads might not be assembled correctly. I don’t know why that would cause this though, surely the exact location of the nozzle in the assembly gets dialled out in calibration.
