Problem with inverting colours for laser engraving

Hi all!

I’ve had my snapmaker 2.0 for about a year now. I have run into a snag with a laser engraving project. I created a PNG with a transparent background, but when I invert the graphic in Luban suddenly it registers as if there was a background. Is there a way just make it engrave the circle logo without the background square?

Invert the graphic in your graphics program.

You probably have an extra layer that’s not actually transparent.

Well that’s embarrassing. You were right, I had an extra layer I missed. Thanks for the help!
