hello I have a problem with my printer . i have an error filament run out every 5 - 10 minutes randomly
I see other post who recommend open the module . but I don’t want to run my Garanty I want to know the process to get a new module cuz im not going to open a expensive printer and im in Colombia so far away for fixes
you’ll need to email support@snapmaker.com but it will be somewhat of a wait, they might walk you through fixing it tho 
i understand your discomfort at fiddling with it.
If you email today you might get a response tomorrow, otherwise probably not til next week - but if you are infact going to get a replacment part i hope they process it soon because chinese new year is fastly approaching.
do yourself a favor and provide your address and backer number / order number in your original email in the event they would send one, although i think they are going to have you do something to fix it instead,
