I have a request for Snapmaker development.
Please create a “Service” for IFTTT so we can create automated actions based on U1 machine activity and error messages.
It would be awesome if we could automate actions based on U1 events.
A simple example would be sending a text message or announcing on Amazon Echo devices that an event has occurred (An error was encountered. The print has been paused. The print is complete on printer XYZ.
Exposing U1 events would enable your customers to be able to create any number of custom actions based on these events. IFTTT is a well-established platform that vast numbers of vendors have used to enable customers to enhance their experience and improve efficiency.
Something like this would sure improve my productivity by not having to keep checking up on the status of my printer(s).
