NEw type of toolhead coming up?

In a FB group I heard someone mumbling about something he heard in Boston, about a new type of toolhead coming up ? any more news available ?

You mean the coffee machine attachment by Elle the creator of Cocoa press and Print Kits?
I’ve spend three days at the booth and didn’t hear anything about new toolheads…

A quick-release mechanism instead of screws for the cables on the print head would be useful.

Then I would purchase separate print heads for the nozzles to be delivered soon, rather than changing the nozzles every time.

It’s still way easier to change a toolhead than to swap a hotend, but that many toolheads get expensive quickly.

A quick-release mechanism for the nozzles would make more sense IMO. The current setup looks like a clone of the Bambu X1C hotend; I wish they had copied the A1’s instead…

Swapping toolheads can be sort of dangerous based on tne experience of many users that have killed the board with the screws.

I think I’ll buy two toolheads and equip them with 0.6mm nozzles once they’re delivered. That way, I won’t have to keep swapping nozzles between 0.4mm and 0.6mm. Maybe by then, there will also be a Snapmaker Orca version that supports different nozzle diameters within a single print.

Let’s wait and see.
