Hey, i just looked a bit on the www and saw few multicolour printing modules.
In this thread i want to ask how far is the development?- I would love to hear from Snapmaker-Team!
Are there some specs or pics to share?
Maybe a timeline for future upgrades?

Hey Chris, we are already developing addons, such as the rotary module and air filter. A multicolor printing module is on our radar though. 
How is it going? May we recive great updates next days?
A multifilament add on would be terrific!

Excuse my ignorance, but what is the difference between a multi-material extruder, and a dual extruder?
Multi-material extruder would be more than 2? Perhaps something like the Mosaic Pallet?
Yes, some external filament splicer like Mosaik palette or prusa multimaterial upgrade.
Dual extruder is good for supports in pva or dual color.
I sthere any update on it? I’d relly like to experiment with dual extruder (or maybe tripple extruder?) on my snapmaker 2. Please give it a kick

Maybe there was a chance two years ago when this thread was first created. My assessment is that the chance then is the same as the chance now, two years later.
I didn’t really pay attention to the date of the original thread.
I assumed they were asking if there were any new updates on it since early this year.
So the answer to this post should actually have been, a dual extruder has been announced and promised for Q3 or or Q4 of 2022.
But no new news or updates on it for months.
