M600 & Octoprint

I have the latest firmware on my A350 which now supports the M600 change filament command. I also have OctoPi hooked up. I sliced a simple cube and put the M600 command at layer 2. If I print it through OctoPi it just keeps printing. If I print from a flash drive directly on the A350 it will trigger and let’s me change filament.

I was hoping I could have the same result via OctoPi. Thoughts?

maybe just use Rewrite M600 - For M600 Unsupported

I could but the new firmware supports the M600. It automatically kicks everything off on the LCD for swapping out the filament.

Yea, in my experience, using the touch screen and octopi in conjunction doesn’t work out too hot.
