Luban works fine with it’s own preloaded images that are SVG files. But whenever I try to upload one of my own images in .jpg, .svg, .png, etc. it freezes. If it doesn’t freeze it takes you out of the open dialogue screen and just shows nothing. I have the updated my Luban to the newest Firmware like instructed, but nothing. I would really like to use my new Ray Laser engraver but the software isn’t letting me. Can any help me with this issue?
