Luban bug with laser Power setting?

So after my previous post which now allows you to observe the beam when its on its higher power settings) I’ve noticed a bug I think in Luban.

If you process something and set Laser Power to be a fixed power say of 70% and load the gcode to the workspace then the laser power seems to be set to whatever the last setting of laser power is in the Workspace slider bar even if the Gcode says set it to 70% when executed.

I thought my laser was failing as couldnt understand why 70% wouldnt cut anything after I set the power to 1% to guide the dot in workspace to where I wanted to engrave. Note this is all with the “printing mode Auto” NOT ticked.

Can snapmaker team advise?

Yes, I have the same problem. I have noticed that I can set the laser power (say at 30%) in Luban. Save to thumbdrive. When I plug into the machine, it was burning at 100%.

@MattamusPrime it’s been over a year and they seem to not have fixed it.

Any update on this?

I set the power in Luban 4 to 60%, the NC code file states power (0) yet controller on printer states 100%

Whats going on?
