J1/J1s Upgrades and Mods Contest

Dear J1/J1s Users,

Have you ever come across a J1/J1s modification that left you truly impressed? We’re curious to know about the most fascinating or practical J1/J1s modifications you’ve encountered! We also aim to gather and showcase a diverse collection of modification projects. These projects will be compiled into a J1/J1s Upgrades and Mods Topic post, creating a valuable resource for enthusiasts who wish to embark on their modification journeys.

Based on this background, we’ve decided to organize this contest, encouraging users to share creatively rich and effective DIY modification projects. Additionally, we encourage everyone to tag the creators of any outstanding upgrades or mods they’ve spotted, inviting them to join this exciting activity. Let’s build a collaborative space where creative minds come together to inspire and support each other! :smiling_face_with_three_hearts:

Great idea!

I think ChrisUFO’s cooling mod definitely merits mention - although I’m not sure his tag on here. I have only implemented it, no design input, so not something I can enter using your rules above - but I hope he will consider entering himself.

This is a super professional and beautifully documented mod, easily reversable (if needed), and significantly increases the J1’s part cooling performance.

Thanks for nominating me! I don’t spend much time here anymore, but I got an email about the new hotends this morning and was curious to check out the community’s reaction.
