dears all how should i clear residues on 3d prints
Just a beginner, but I had this issue with my initial PLA tests, too. The manual somewhere recommends heating the bed and scraping up with the sharp end of the scraper, didn’t work particularly well. Someone on YT recommended heating the bed to 70–80° and working the surface with a cloth dipped in isopropanol. That worked a bit better for me (although I think the temperature should be lower, as the alcohol just evaporates immediately), yet I still see the outlines of the first layers.
If you have the lights on while rinsing the print in water, the resin will start to cure unevenly which will cause lighter areas on the print where the water is. A lot of times, it’s not residue but the surface of the resin being cured.
