Help! Losing build volume; slicer shifting print too close to edge of the build plate

I can’t for the life of me figure out how to get the 300mm x 200mm build volume to actually align with the build plate on the printer.

X/Y Calibration is done, rehoming is fine with no issues, mirror and copy-mode prints of smaller models are fine with no issues, multi-material prints are fine with no issues.

With the right extruder, my prints lose about 50mm of build volume on the left-hand side and the right head will strike the left head and skip/layer-shift. I rarely print anything large and ran into this issue slicing using Luban in the past (this is sliced with Cura but the issue repeats in Luban). Never dug into it because it’s the first time I ever tried to print anything that will actually use >200mm on the x-axis.

Profiles I’m slicing with are Snapmaker’s, I THINK from Git or here, but I cannot find the link now.

Try and add a g28 x at the end of your start gcode. I didn’t had strikes but because the right print head didn’t park the left print head couldn’t reach all the way to the right side.

G28 does nothing here because the print above was right-head-only and the left head stayed parked the entire time. It’s acting like all the g-code that’s generated is translated over even though the X and Y coordinates all look sensible.
