G code and text question

Hi, I’m just starting to use the Laser. I uploaded a PNG file completed the route path but when I hit Generate G code…nothing seems to happen and Exporting is not available.

Also, I used the text feature to create a name. I used a bold fonte however when I create the route path it only gives me the outline of the text…not the bold. How do I get it darken the entire letter?

A .png file contains a raster image so Luban will attempt to create an image by burning lines to represent the light and shade of the tones of the image.
The text function will create a vector image which is outline only but you have the option to fill it in the Toolpath dialog box.

Thank you. I didn’t see any Toolpath dialog box. I’ll check again.
