I am very new and have only completed a couple projects. I have tried using lightburn, gimp, inkspace to save the file different ways first, I uninstalled luban, reinstalled it, had it connected and unconnected to my 250, changed the speed, power etc. Used an image I have previously engraved incase it was file size, even tried just typing plain text 16196352123722993606286955812828|375x500 and I still only get the “no” sign over; preview - generate - load - export. I am hoping this is some simple silly thing I am missing. Any help is very much appreciated
