I recently purchased the original Snapmaker and cannot get the Luban software to generate G code for a vector file. When I try to preview even a simple shape or text, I get the message, “Failed to preview, please modify parameters and try again.” Does anyone have suggestions?
You need to modify the parameters and then try again.
Not enough info.
How (what program) are you creating the file? What format are you saving as?
